ZDS系列高濃水力碎漿機(jī)系統(tǒng)/ ZDS Series H.C. Pulper System

系統(tǒng)組成 /SYSTEM COMPonENTS

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
該系統(tǒng)由D型水力碎漿機(jī)、絞繩機(jī)、切斷器、沉渣井、抓斗、雜質(zhì)分離機(jī)、圓筒篩、PLC控制部分組成。
D型水力碎漿機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子和出漿盤高出碎漿機(jī)槽體底平面，在轉(zhuǎn)子周圍形成--個(gè)低壓流區(qū)，使碎解過程中的粗大雜質(zhì)從重渣口進(jìn)入沉渣井，再利用抓斗定期排出。
廢紙中的纏繞性雜質(zhì)在回轉(zhuǎn)漿流的作用”下絞成繩狀，由絞繩機(jī)拉出，進(jìn)入沉渣井的摻帶部分漿料和輕雜質(zhì)，周期性地進(jìn)入雜質(zhì)分離機(jī)，經(jīng)過處理后的良漿與碎漿機(jī)良漿匯合，送下一工序處理。粗大雜質(zhì)經(jīng)沖洗后送至圓筒篩排出系統(tǒng)，回收的漿進(jìn)入碎漿機(jī)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)工作程序由一個(gè)PL.C控制器進(jìn)行控制。

Design Features:
The system consists of D-type hydrapuler, ragger, cutting machine, dregs well, grab bucket impurity separator, drum screen and PL C controller.
Compared with the traditional hydrapulper, it could shorten the time of pulp breaking and increase productvity without increasing the volume and power. D-type hydrapulper rotor and the outlet tray are above the bottom suface of pulper vat to fom a low-pressure flow area around the rotor s0 as to make the coarse impurities flow from the heavy impurity outlet into the dregs well during pulping and the discharge impurities by grab buck el regularly. Allecled by turning pulp flow, the winding impurities in waste paper are twisted into the rope, which can be pulled out by the ragger. The remain pulp and light impurities flowing into the dregs well will be sent to the impurity separator for prcession with periodicity. The pro-cessed accept is integrated with the pu per accept and the n the pulp will enter the next working procedure. After washed, the caarse impurities will be sent to the drum screen for discharge out of the system The recycled pulp will flow into the pulper. The working procedure of the complete system will be under control ofPLC.
